Author, Guy Turland, a trained chef who has worked at some of Sydney's best restaurants, including EST and Bondi Icebergs, now owns his own café, the Depot at North Bondi. 

His business partner, Mark Alston, is a filmmaker with a background in photography & design. Together, they make Bondi Harvest.
